Business Development Manager
We are looking for motivated Business Development Managers. The Business Development Manager role is a sales position that requires independence and strong judgment for identifying, building, and maintaining client relationships. In this role, you will establish a staffing partnership with client companies and work closely with your recruiting team to present profiles of appropriate candidates, match candidates to the jobs, and negotiate client company terms and conditions.
This person has 1+ years of experience selling new business within the staffing/recruiting industry.
Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting to find top talent and marketing open positions for our clients either on a local or nationwide scale (opportunities are available for both).
You will be responsible for high volume, full lifecycle recruiting for your assigned clients. A key aspect of this role is evaluating candidate fit to company needs and making recommendations to your clients based on your assessments. You will also be managing the candidate experience, ensuring a high level of customer care throughout their time working with us.

Senior Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter, you will have a high volume, full lifecycle recruiting desk and be responsible for finding the right talent for your clients. You will work with recruiting staff to ensure the company is attracting top talent and that you are using best practices to build a pipeline of talent.
Senior Recruiters must be excellent at assessing the skills of candidates, looking past what’s on their resume to see the person behind it and realize the potential talent at hand. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of proven experience, is a team-player with excellent communication skills, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
