CHICAGO, IL (February 10, 2022) — The Planet Group, a leading provider of outsourced human capital and consulting solutions, announced today that Jeff Dillenburg has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Dillenburg served as COO of Strive Consulting, a management and technology consulting firm that Planet acquired in December of 2021. Dillenburg has been with Strive since 2015 and has been instrumental in helping drive the strategy to restructure the organization from a staffing firm to a consulting firm. He will continue to serve as Strive’s COO.
In his new role, Dillenburg will lead Planet’s client services, business development, and corporate operations functions. He has over 20 years of experience in operations within the human capital consulting and staffing world and was one of the first employees at both Inforte and Slalom Consulting where he played an integral role in executing their high growth strategy as Managing Director.
