If I’m a client and I’m looking for the right consulting firm, I’m looking for a few things. One is what what’s the accountability going to be like? Are these consulting teams going to be accountable for the work that they’re promising to complete for us? Or am I going to have to take care of all the management of that? The other is do we have the right skill set and a proven track record? And then the third piece is making sure that I have the ability to talk to some of the people that are going to be on projects and be able to make sure that I’m comfortable with the type of people that are going to be brought in.
